Gmail Delivery Issue
Posted: November 29th, 2025, 8:13 am
Hello Everyone,
I would like to share my experience regarding Gmail Delivery Issue from my domain a week ago...
and This is Something you should aware regarding email marketing...
Google may delete Gmail accounts that have been inactive for at least two years.
This policy was updated to protect users from security threats by removing forgotten accounts
that are vulnerable to hijacking.
Google will send multiple reminder emails before deleting an account.
That's really impacting our domains, since we're really don't know if such accounts inactive or being deleted by GMAIL,
especially if Gmail not bounce back all of those email accounts to us...
That will cause an ended with all of our emails being rejected by Gmail.
According to Google Email sender guidelines FAQ:
Important:
Starting February 2024, Gmail requires the following for senders who send 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail accounts:
Authenticate outgoing email, avoid sending unwanted or unsolicited email, and make it easy for recipients to unsubscribe.
