Mail Delivery Issue

Hi,
Could you help us with our mail delivery issue? We are getting a bounce email with this error to some our gmail account holders.
"This message does not have authentication information or fails to 550-5.7.26 pass authentication checks."
We have added SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place in our domain futurebanners.info.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
Thank you!

Are you (Rodney? Brad? Please let me know...) using cPanel (WHM)?
! need more info to detect...
regarding your mail delivery issue...
Please send me a picture/screenshot regarding of your Email Deliverability status.
(This row displays the status of each domain’s mail-related DNS records).
Note:
For the Email Deliverability interface to appear, your hosting provider must enable Email Deliverability in WHM’s Feature Manager interface
(WHM » Home » Packages » Feature Manager » Feature Lists).
Go to your:
Home » Email » Email Deliverability.
All status should be vaild (Validated!).
Then copy and paste in full details here about your:
(domain futurebanners.info)
DMARC Record for futurebanners.info can be found within your DNS Zone Manager.
WHM » Home » DNS Functions » DNS Zone Manager

Hi Jerry,
We only have the Authentication under the Email Section. I'm not sure if this is related to our mail server's WHM version. We don't have the Email Deliverability. I also tried enabling it under the feature list in WHM but it's not there. Currently we have WHM 11.50.0 running in our server.

Hello Rodney,
Your WHM version is very old.
(Latest stable WHM LTS release highly recommended)
That's why Email Deliverability in WHM’s Feature Manager interface not available with your whm version..
Please send me your
DKIM Record,
SPF Record,
Reverse DNS (PTR) Record
and DMARC Record.
to figure out your mail delivery settings.

Hi Jerry.
Thank you for the response about removing the DMARC records. I will remove it as you have pointed out. Hopefully it will work perfectly.
Best regards

It's look like DMARC record not deleted from your DNS zone editor,
Even you've changed your DMARC record
from:
Code: Select all
v=DMARC1; p=reject; sp=reject; rua=mailto:dmarc@state-of-the-art-mailer.com; ruf=mailto:webdev@state-of-the-art-mailer.com
To:
Below is an Inspector tool result from:
https://dmarcian.com/dmarc-inspector/
Code: Select all
v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@state-of-the-art-mailer.com; ruf=mailto:webdev@state-of-the-art-mailer.com;
Yes, It worked in the past (a few weeks ago) when using p=none; sp=none;
and the mail delivery problem solved... (at that time)
but currently...
Bulk email marketing not compatible with those DMARC record (to protecting email traffic against fraud and phishing) using cPanel security layer components script (WHM: Home » Email » Email Deliverability), only smtp, spf, rPTR and DKIM validation available to applied.
Also...
You need a clean and different dedicated IP for each domain to make DMARC works (Not IP shared by your server hosting)
So... to make sure your mail delivery working good in cPanel... remove DMARC record from DNS zone server as I've pointed out,
Just use Postmaster from Google instead (GMAIL email service provider worked for bulk email marketing service)
and make sure that all of your domains are verified.
https://postmaster.google.com
Then check your server (regarding bulk email marketing and email traffic against fraud and phishing) with Multi RBL check from The anti abuse project:
